Mansfield Physiotherapy and Integrated Rehabilitation is locally owned and has served the Mansfield and surrounding communities for over 15 years.
Being in a rural community, Mansfield Physiotherapy has a strong network with the local GPs, as well as an established network with specialists and surgeons in both the rural and Melbourne areas.
Starting on out on his own, Chris Jacob has recently expanded his business to meet the needs of the growing communities. Now Mansfield Physiotherapy is a diverse team, specialising in areas of musculoskeletal, orthopaedic and sports rehabilitation, neurological conditions, hand therapy, women's and men's pelvic health through life stages.

Chris Jacob
Physiotherapist - BPT/ Owner Director
Chris studied Applied Science Physical Education at RMIT prior to completing a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Latrobe University. Chris is currently studying a Masters Degree in Sports Physiotherapy. Since graduating, Chris has worked in private practice for 15 years and had been the head Physiotherapist at the Mansfield Eagles Football Club for 12 years. Chris has worked extensively with local sporting clubs including the Glen Waverley Rovers Junior Football Club, Eltham Collegians and East Burwood Football Club. Chris enjoys working in the Mansfield region and at Geelong Grammar School Timbertop campus. This role involves the assessment and diagnosis of acute sporting injuries, working closely with local GP’s and Sports Physicians. Chris enjoys working with all types of people, from elite athletes, weekend warriors to those suffering chronic pain. Using evidence-based practice and adopting current assessment techniques, Chris strives to provide accurate diagnoses. Once this is achieved, Chris provides correct intervention with solid home therapy programs. This enables those struggling with frustrating and debilitating injuries to regain function and reduce pain. Chris’s special interests include: -Post operative management -Diagnosis and treatment of tendon pathology -Hand therapy including splint fabrication -Strength and resistance training programs -Functional gait and running gait assessment -Management of chronic pain through exercise prescription Chris enjoys maintaining his own fitness and spending time with his four young children during spare time.
Vanessa Moulday
Physiotherapist - BPT(Hons)

Postgraduate Certification Physiotherapy; APA Women’s Pelvic Health and Women's Health through life stages, Pelvic floor dysfunctions including incontinence, prolapse, pre-post surgical repair, pelvic pain disorders, pre and post-natal care, including Preparing Pelvic Floor for Birthing assessments. Post graduate certifications in Men's Pelvic Health; Pelvic assessment pre post prostatectomy, TURP, urinary incontinence, pelvic pain, bowel and erectile dysfunction. Latrobe University GLA:D; Knee and Hip OA, APPI Pilates Instruction specialising in pre and post natal. Vanessa has worked extensively in both public and private sectors of Physiotherapy and professional fitness training for over 15 years. Vanessa has been specialising in women's and men's pelvic health and is passionate about empowering people through their life stages. Vanessa currently holds a fulltime position at the Mansfield District Hospital, where she enjoys providing care for all ages in areas of acute and chronic musculoskeletal, cardiorespiratory and neurological rehabilitation, including acute postnatal care. Vanessa enjoys spending time with her large extended family, getting out in the garden and exploring the great outdoors around Mansfield and the District.
